Bishkek, June 20, 2022. /Kabar/. Two people died and four people were injured in an accident on the Osh-Irkeshtam road, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan said.
The fatal accident occurred Sunday at about 8:00 a.m. at 30 km of Osh-Irkeshtam international road.
34-year-old driver of Ford-Focus failed to control the vehicle, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with Hyundai-Porter, driven by a 49-year-old resident of Kara-Suu region of Osh Oblast.
As a result of the accident, passengers of Ford Focus – 44-year-old man died on the spot, and 44-yo man died of his injuries in the intensive care unit of the Osh Oblast Hospital.
The driver and passenger of Ford Focus, the driver of Hyundai Porter and passenger were hospitalized in Osh Oblast hospital with various injuries.
