Bishkek, Oct. 6, 2018. /Kabar/. Asma Sadiq, a writer from the United Arab Emirates, wrote a book about outstanding Kyrgyz writer Chyngyz Aitmatov entitled “Aitmatov’s Universe”, the press service of the Department of Cinematography reported.
Director of the Department Muktaly Bektenaliev told that Sadiq arrived in Kyrgyzstan to participate in the 3rd International Issyk-Kul Forum " Chyngyz Aitmatov and the Challenges of Modernity".
The guest was able to see Rosa Aitmatova and present her with a book in Arabic. In response, the writer's sister gave the guest her last work about her brother. Sadiq promised that she would translate this work into Arabic.
In addition, the film crew of the documentary “The World of Aitmatov. A world without Aitmatov ”(directed by Bakyt Karagulov) attended the event, they filmed the whole process as a memento.
