Bishkek, June 12, 2021 . / Kabar /. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Ulukbek Maripov visited a number of industrial enterprises in Chui Oblast, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers said.
The head of the Cabinet familiarized with the activities of the plant for the production of ferrous metal products, chromium iron, manganese steel and truck trailers that meet the requirements of international standards.
In the near future the plant plans to start assembly production of electric and electric-hybrid low-floor city buses.
Maripov recommended that the Bishkek Mayor's Office consider purchasing these buses.
Further, Ulukbek Maripov got acquainted with the state of the Dzhunda oil refinery, idle since the end of 2019.
The relevant state bodies were instructed to assist in the launch of the enterprise by September of this year.
