Bishkek, July 22, 2024 . / Kabar / . As of July 1, 2024, the number of the unemployed population in Kyrgyzstan, registered with the state employment service in search of work, amounted to 81.5 thousand people.
The National Statistical Committee reported that the figure is 17.8% less, compared to the same period last year, of which 58.2 thousand people are registered unemployed, or 22.2% less.
Of the total number of registered unemployed, 45.2% were women. The level of registered unemployment in the total labor force amounted to 2.1%.
