Bishkek, Feb.11, 2020. /Kabar/. The State Service for Combating Economic Crimes (SSCEC, or Financial Police) of the Kyrgyz Republic will be supported in the areas of staff development, financial investigation capacity and recovery of stolen assets from abroad.
According to the press service of the Service, the SSCEC leadership, headed by Deputy Chairman Emil Zhamgyrchiyev, met with Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Charles Garrett and operational manager of National Crime Agency of Great Britain (NCA) Frederick Hellon.
The ambassador expressed his readiness for fruitful cooperation with the Financial Police of the Kyrgyz Republic.
"As a result of the meeting, the sides defined concrete points of cooperation, as well as determined the priority character of cooperation and outlined the prospect of implementing the planned measures," the report says.
