Bishkek, Feb. 24, 2022 . / Kabar / . General Consul of the Kyrgyz Republic in Yekaterinburg Ruslan Biybosunov offered Ural residents to rest at Issyk-Kul, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan said Thursday.
On Feb. 21, Ruslan Biybosunov took part in the conference entitled UTA-CIS, organized by the Ural Tourism Association - Ural Branch of the Russian Union of Travel Industry.
The conference participants discussed the development of the tourism industry in Ural region and Central Asia, interregional cooperation in tourism, as well as the celebration of the 300th anniversary of Yekaterinburg next year.
"In his welcoming speech, Ruslan Biybosunov proposed to intensify cooperation in the field of tourism and organization of recreation for residents of Urals in the resort and recreational facilities of Issyk-Kul Oblast and also informed about the development of the information tour to Kyrgyzstan,” the report said.
The Consulate General made a presentation of tourist opportunities of resort and sanatorium facilities of Issyk-Kul Lake, showed the forum participants a video "Kyrgyzstan - the country of heavenly mountains" and distributed informational materials.
