Bishkek, Aug. 22, 2023 / Kabar /. US Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Lelslie Viguerie tasted ashlyanfu for the first time in his life during his working trip to Karakol.
He visited a popular canteen in the Karakol Bazaar, where he tasted the famous local dish. “Abdan daamduu (very tasty)!” said the ambassador, tasting it.
Lesslie Viguerie also spoke with the owner of the catering point, who told that they prepare this dish according to her mother’s own recipe.
