Bishkek, March 28, 2024 / Kabar/. The US Embassy handed over new office equipment to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, the ministry's press service reported.
At the Central Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a meeting was held between head of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nurbek Zhangabylov, and head of Regional Security Section of the US Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic, Mark Richardson.
Nurbek Zhangabylov expressed gratitude to the US Embassy for its significant contribution to strengthening the material and technical base of the internal affairs bodies of Kyrgyzstan and ensuring public safety. He also thanked the US Embassy for its assistance in providing information that helped identify criminal activity.
The parties discussed further strengthening of cooperation in the field of law enforcement and expressed their readiness for open interaction.
