Bishkek, June 5, 2019. / Kabar/. President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated the people of Kyrgyzstan and President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov on the occasion of Orozo Ait, the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported.
“It gives me immense joy that as a result of our joint efforts in recent years, the mutual respect and trust between our fraternal peoples, traditional friendship ties based on the principles of mutually beneficial relations mutual receive development,” says in the congratulation message.
The Uzbek President expressed confidence that the meetings within the framework of the Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Bishkek will be another important step towards achieving a new phase of good-neighborliness relations and strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
Mirziyoyev wished Jeenbekov a long life, good health and family well-being, and the fraternal Kyrgyz people peace, progress and prosperity.
