Uzbekistan can be a co-investor in constructing Kambarata HPP-1

Bishkek, Sept.18, 2017 / Kabar /. Serious investors are found on the construction of the Kambarata HPP 1, Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Duishenbek Zilaliyev told journalists.

He said that the fact that Uzbekistan is ready to take part in the construction of a hydro power plant is a big breakthrough.

"Very serious companies have begun to be interested in the terms and conditions. This will be a project of Kyrgyzstan. It will look like the Kyrgyz side, the investor and the Uzbek side will participate, and the latter said they will come with money," he said.

Zilaliyev stressed that the Uzbek side will be a co-investor. But while there is no a clear configuration.
