Tashkent, Oct. 16, 2020. /Kabar/. As of Oct. 16, number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 coronavirus infection has reached 62,484 in Uzbekistan.
According to the press service of the Health Ministry, 309 more people throughout Uzbekistan contracted coronavirus in the past day, 334 more have recovered, and 3 new virus-related deaths were recorded.
A total of 59,095 (95%) Uzbekistanis have cured of novel coronavirus so far. The death toll stands at 519.
2,536 coronavirus patients are receiving treatment in hospitals of Uzbekistan.
