Tashkent, June 12, 2020. /Kabar/. As of 10:00 a.m. Friday, the number of coronavirus infection cases in Uzbekistan has climbed to 4,819, the press service of the Health Ministry said.
In the past 24 hours, 124 cases were revealed, 105 people with previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 have cured and been transferred to rehabilitation.
Uzbekistan has extended quarantine until June 15, and restrictions and rules on quarantine measures are in force in all regions. Since June 1, a number of activities have been allowed, depending on quarantine levels - "red" (high), "yellow" (medium) and "green" (low).
From June 8, operation of public transport of urban and suburban routes, except for the subway was resumed in the "green" and "yellow" zones. Also, starting June 8, religious institutions in the "green" zones are resumed, while from June 15 - preschools, cafes and restaurants, clothing markets with the condition of observance sanitary safety measures.
In Uzbekistan, 3,637 people have recovered from the coronavirus and 19 patients have died.
1,163 patients are being treated. Of these, 12 have a difficult situation, two are extremely difficult.
