Tashkent, June 14, 2020. /Kabar/. As of 10:00 a.m. June 14 local time, Uzbekistan's confirmed coronavirus cases have climbed to 4,994, the press service of the Health Ministry said.
In the past 24 hours, 93 new COVID-19 cases were revealed in the country, 116 patients have recovered and been transferred to rehabilitation.
Uzbekistan has extended quarantine until June 15, and restrictions and rules on quarantine measures are in force in all regions. Since June 1, a number of activities have been allowed, depending on quarantine levels - "red" (high), "yellow" (medium) and "green" (low).
From June 8, operation of public transport of urban and suburban routes, except for the subway was resumed in the "green" and "yellow" zones. Also, starting June 8, religious institutions in the "green" zones are resumed, while from June 15 - preschools, cafes and restaurants, clothing markets with the condition of observance sanitary safety measures.
In Uzbekistan 3,874 people cured of coronavirus infection, 19 patients have died.
1,101 people are receiving treatment. Condition of 12 of them is assessed as serious, two are in extremely difficult condition.
