Tashkent, July 10, 2020. /Kabar/. In Uzbekistan, air and railway communication will be stopped from July 13, Head of the Transport Ministry’s press service Navruz Ashurmatov told during a briefing.
According to him, carriers will return money to consumers for tickets purchased.
"At the same time, the republic will continue to carry out charter flights for exporting compatriots from abroad. The schedule of flights will be approved by a special republican commission," Ashurmatov added.
Besides, the Agency for Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance will organize charter flights for the removal of Uzbek citizens from the countries included in the "yellow" and "green" categories, on request.
Buses will operate only to transport citizens to quarantine zones from border checkpoints.
