Tashkent, July 13, 2021 . / Kabar / . Uzbekistan has imposed quarantine restrictions indefinitely, but until the epidemiological situation in the country is stabilized, the press service of the republic’s Health Ministry said.
"Reports about the cancellation of quarantine restrictions in social networks do not correspond to reality," the report runs.
From June 28 to July 12, the special commission imposed restrictions on entry to Tashkent from regions by motor vehicles in the absence of urgent need, as well as the time of all entertainment facilities and public catering throughout the country from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
As of July 11, the total number of COVID-19 cases in Uzbekistan has amounted to 116,421 (+458) and 297 people were diagnosed with pneumonia.
111,514 patients (96%) have recovered, and 774 (+3) died of the disease.
