Tashkent, Nov. 25, 2020. /Kabar/. During ten months of 2020, Uzbekistan has increased export of passenger cars by 66,8% in comparison with the same period of last year, the press service of the State Committee on Statistics reported.
During this period, Uzbek car manufacturers supplied 13,310 cars for USD 127,2 million. Cars for the amount of USD 50.9 million were exported for the same period of last year.
The largest number of cars was delivered to Kazakhstan (11 thousand 48 units) for USD 109.8 million. Cars worth USD 6.4 million were sold to Ukraine, to Azerbaijan for USD 6.2 million, to Russia for USD 2.2 million, to Tajikistan for USD 1.2 million and to other countries for USD 1.4 million.
Meanwhile, 22 thousand 228 cars worth USD 392,8 million (+34,7%) as well as their spare parts for USD 767,3 million (+5,3%) were brought to Uzbekistan for ten months of this year.
