Uzbekistan intends to increase per capita GDP to $4.5 thsd in 2030

Tashkent, July 23, 2019. /Kabar/. Uzbekistan plans to increase per capita GDP from $1,532 in 2018 to $4,550 in 2030, the press service of the Uzbek Ministry of Economy and Industry reported.

According to the predictions of the ministry, per capita GDP will amount to $1,494 in 2019, $1,719 in 2020 and $1,956 in 2021.

Speaking at the general debate of the UN General Assembly 69th session in 2014, Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov said that by 2030 Uzbekistan plans to increase GDP to $9.3 thousand.
