Uzbekistan intends to take significant jobs for foreigners in UAE

Bishkek, Aug. 24, 2020 / Kabar /. Uzbekistan intends to take a significant share of the job market for foreigners in the UAE, Migrants will be trained in three directions in Tashkent and Syrdarya, Podrobno.uz reported.

In cooperation with the United Arab Emirates, a major diversification program is being developed. The goal of the program is to reduce the number of migrants from certain countries and to increase the number of migrants from Central Asia, namely, from Uzbekistan. In March, members of the government of this country visited our country, during which agreements were signed with the Ministry of Labor and employers of this country," Erkin Mukhitdinov, the First Deputy Minister of Employment and Labor Relations of Uzbekistan, said during a meeting of the International Press Club.

He said that currently Uzbekistan plans to open training centers in Tashkent and Syrdarya for training these migrants in three areas - hotel service, service in a nursing home and taxi driving.

"For this, migrants should know at least 500-600 English words, about 300 Arabic words and legislation in the field of IT technologies," Erkin Mukhitdinov said.

Earlier, Erkin Mukhitdinov said that migrants would be able to obtain labor patents in Uzbekistan to work in Russia.
