Tashkent, March 15, 2022. / Kabar /. Bus service between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan will be resumed from March 16, the Uzbek Ministry of Transport reported on Tuesday.
Since Wednesday, the first routes on the Tashkent - Nur-Sultan, Tashkent - Almaty, Tashkent - Kyzylorda, Tashkent - Turkestan, Tashkent - Irgeli, Chirchik - Shymkent and Chirchik - Almaty will be made.
In addition, negotiations are under way on organizing transit bus transportation through the territory of Kazakhstan, including to Russia.
The bus service between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan was suspended on March 16, 2020 due to coronavirus infection.
