Uzbekistan receives another large batch of Moderna vaccine

Bishkek, Feb. 18, 2022 . / Kabar / . Today, February 17, Uzbekistan received 2,822,400 doses of the Moderna vaccine. The delivery was made through the COVAX initiative, KunUz reported.

Thus, the total amount of vaccines used in the vaccination process in Uzbekistan has reached 53,579,548 doses, the Ministry of Health said.

Of this:

  • 2,404,480 doses are AstraZeneca;
  • 38,700,268 doses – ZF-UZ-VAC2001;
  • 1,341,790 doses – Sputnik V;
  • 6,322,860 doses – Moderna;
  • 2,626,650 doses – Pfizer/BioNTech;
  • 1,976,000 doses – Sinovac;
  • 207,500 doses – Sputnik Light.

The ministry notes that to date, 44 million doses of different vaccines have been used in the country.
