Tashkent, Oct. 14, 2021 . / Kabar /. The pharmaceutical company Jurabek Laboratories has released another batch of the Chinese-Uzbek vaccine against coronavirus ZF-UZ-VAC2001, the Health Ministry’s press service said.
On Wednesday morning, the second batch of 1,219,510 doses was handed over to the country's sanitary and epidemiological services for further distribution at vaccination sites.
The first batch of locally produced Chinese-Uzbek vaccine was released by the pharmaceutical company in late September.
At the moment, the total reserve of vaccines in Uzbekistan has reached 29.8 million doses, and 22.9 million doses have been used. A total of 5.3 million citizens have been fully vaccinated.
