Tashkent, Dec. 3, 2020. /Kabar/. President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received on Wednesday a Russian delegation headed by Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Russia Dmitry Kozak, who is in the republic for a working visit.
According to the press service of the Uzbek leader, in the course of the meeting the issues of preparation and holding an upcoming summits, both in bilateral and multilateral formats were discussed.
"Special attention was paid to filling the agenda of these events with concrete practical content," the report said.
There was also an exchange of views on some aspects of international policy.
Earlier this week, Presidents of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Russia Vladimir Putin discussed in a phone conversation the preparation of CIS summit to be held in December under the chairmanship of Uzbekistan in the format of videoconference.
