Bishkek, Dec. 12, 2024. /Kabar/. A modern high-tech oil plant "Alpha" for the production of vegetable oil with the processing of oilseeds has been opened in the village of Kirov in Ysyk-Ata region.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry Bakyt Torobaev speaking at the opening of the oil plant said that at present, the processing industry is given considerable attention and comprehensive support in accordance with the new state policy to stimulate agriculture

"If we can produce more agricultural products not only in the form of raw materials, but also through processing, this will create a very big incentive for the development of the regional economy. The income of our people will also increase. The ministry will always support entrepreneurs who contribute to the development of the agricultural sector, ensuring food security for our people," he noted.

Currently, the plant processes up to 3,000 tons of raw materials per month and ensures stable supplies of high-quality products to the domestic and foreign markets.

The plant performs a full cycle of raw material processing - from receiving and cleaning seeds to producing and packaging unrefined and refined vegetable oil. Modern equipment and innovative technologies allow us to maintain high quality standards at each stage of production.

Currently, the enterprise employs more than 20 qualified specialists. Within the framework of the state support program for the agro-industrial complex, it is planned to expand the enterprise. In the near future, it is planned to create up to 100 new jobs and significantly increase production capacity.

These plans are aimed at significantly increasing the plant's contribution to the socio-economic development of the region, increasing revenues to the regional budget and developing agriculture and the processing industry of the country.
