Bishkek, May 8, 2019. / Kabar /. As part of her working visit to Naryn, Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Altynai Omurbekova got acquainted with the newly built residential building, the apartments of which are supposed to be sold through a mortgage, the Kyrgyz Government’s press service reported.
Then Omurbekova visited Tukesh Toktomushev, the veteran of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, who lives in Naryn.
Congratulating the veteran of the Victory Day Omurbekova said that he is a vivid example of courage, dedication and fortitude.
“It is thanks to you, war veterans and home front workers, that we have a peaceful sky over our heads and the opportunity to live and work in peace. A deep bow to you for your feat,” she said.
Tukes Tokmushev is the only veteran of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 living in Naryn town. He will turn 96 this year.
