IV World Nomad Games will be held from September 29 to October 2 in the city of Iznik (Turkiye).

The Olympic Games of the Turkic world will be held in Iznik, where one of the turning points in Turkish history is being experienced. The World Nomad Games will start on September 29 in Iznik with the participation of more than 100 countries.

The initiative to hold the World Nomad Games was put forward by Kyrgyzstan in February 2012. The proposal found wide support among the leaders of the member countries of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States. After that, in September 2014, the First World Nomad Games were held in Cholpon-Ata on the coast of Issyk-Kul Lake. The Second Games were held in 2016, and the Third Nomad Games were held in Issyk-Kul in 2018. Then, the baton of the games was handed over to Turkiye for the first time. The Games were planned to be held in 2020, but due to the pandemic they were postponed.
