Villages of Osh to be fully provided with drinking water until 2023

Bishkek, Aug. 27, 2019. / Kabar /. 117 villages out of 493 in Osh Oblast lack clean drinking water, governor of Osh oblast Uzarbek Zhylkybaev told during the press conference at Kabar News Agency.

He said that the work to provide the population with clean drinking water continues at an active pace. In 2018, it was able to provide drinking water in 8 villages.

“The work is being conducted along the lines of Gosarhstroy, ARIS (Community Development and Investment.

Zhylkybaev said that it is planned to fully provide water to the villages of the Osh region until 2023.
