Osh, Aug. 25, 2021. / Kabar /. Yesterday, on August 24, a memorandum on the implementation of the investment project "Design and construction of a waste recycling plant in the city of Osh" was signed at the Osh city administration.
The agreement was signed by Acting Mayor of Osh city Almaz Mambetov and President of the Turkish company Biotrend Energy Ilkhan Dogan. Also during the meeting with the Turkish delegation, issues of investment development and bilateral cooperation were discussed.
During the meeting, Almaz Mambetov noted that as the main priority area, the Osh city administration will strive to solve existing problems, including by attracting relevant specialists and investors.
After signing the document, Biotrend Energy undertakes to provide a plant construction project and prepare a feasibility study within a month, as well as provide financing for the project, including the preparatory phase, design, construction and commissioning phases.
For its part, the mayor's office of the city of Osh will provide assistance within its competence for the implementation of the investment project. It should be noted that the specialists of the Biotrend Energy company visited the landfill in Osh.
Biotrend Energy is investing in comprehensive solid waste management services, power generation, recuperative / cogeneration heat, certification and carbon trading throughout Turkey. Founded in 2017 and has 13 operating plants, including: 11 plants for the production of biogas, 1 plant for biomass, 1 plant for the preparation and supply of fuel from waste.
