Bishkek, Aug. 23, 2021 / Kabar /. A memorandum was signed in Bishkek on the design and construction of a waste recycling plant, the capital city’s Mayor's Office said.
The memorandum on the implementation of the investment project "Design and construction of a waste recycling plant in Bishkek" was signed by Acting Mayor of the capital Aibek Dzhunushaliev, Minister of Investments of the Kyrgyz Republic Almambet Shykmamatov and President of the Turkish company Biotrend Energy Ilkhan Dogan.
After signing the document, Biotrend Energy undertakes to provide a plant construction project and prepare a feasibility study within a month, as well as provide financing for the project, including the stages of preparation, design, construction and commissioning.
In turn, the municipality of Bishkek and the Ministry of Investments of the Kyrgyz Republic will provide assistance within their competence in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Biotrend Energy invests in comprehensive solid waste management services, power generation, recuperative / cogeneration heat, certification and carbon trading throughout Turkey. This company is a subsidiary of Doğanlar Holding. Founded in 2017 and has 13 operating plants, including: 11 plants for the production of biogas, 1 plant for biomass, 1 plant for the preparation and supply of fuel from waste.
