Bishkek, Jan. 22, 2019. /Kabar/. The national team of Kyrgyzstan completes its performance at the Asian Cup 2019 in the United Arab Emirates.

The patriotic team remained on the verge of the ¼ final tournament; Yesterday they played against the hosts of the tournament and lost with the score 3:2.

Aleksandr Krestinin, head coach of the team, thanked all Kyrgyzstanis for their support, as well as the entire team, players, coaching, medical, administrative staff, and all those involved.

“We did a good job. Unfortunately, we are leaving the tournament. I do not discuss the work of referees. We had moments in which it was necessary to score. Of course, we regrets about them. We got a good experience from games at a high level and this will certainly help us in further development. We have been at such competition for the first time and now I know for sure that it is not the last one. In the future, we will play even better,” the head coach of Ak Shumkar players stated.
