Bishkek, Jan. 18, 2019. /Kabar/. In 2019, it is planned to implement a number of programs included in the concept of digital transformation of Kyrgyzstan for 2019-2023, Dastan Dogoev, Director of the Digital CASA - Kyrgyz Republic project implementation department told.
As part of his participation in the scientific conference "Innovations in Public Administration and Services," he told reporters that, pursuant to a presidential decree announcing 2019 the Year of Regional Development and Digitalization, it is planned to build and launch a state data center to ensure secure data storage in electronic format.
In addition, during the current year, the task was to complete the implementation of the digital ecosystem "Digital Kyrgyzstan" and the full launch of the system of interdepartmental cooperation "Tunduk". Also in the specified period, it is planned to strengthen the digital platform for all 453 local governments.
Today, according to Dogoyev, domestic IT companies are successfully developing their own digital products.
“There are promising developments in the field of application of artificial intelligence for teaching and developing skills of the Kyrgyz language. There are companies that are engaged in automating the health care system and improving the quality of medical services. There are developments in the field of fiscalization, as well as in the field of application of robotics to optimize certain processes. It should be noted that all of them are developed by our IT-companies,” the Director of the digital project shared.
He added that all developers are residents of the High-Tech Park of the Kyrgyz Republic, where about 43 companies with a total of 500 specialists are currently registered.
