WHO hands over emergency medical aid kits to Ministry of Health

Bishkek, May 3, 2019. / Kabar /. The World Health Organization (WHO) handed over emergency medical kits to the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan.

This humanitarian cargo was donated within the framework of the memorandum for further distribution on demand and is intended for use in emergency situations, the press service of the Ministry reported.

The total weight of the humanitarian cargo amounted to 1,951 kilograms.

"According to the distribution plan, the medicines will be sent to medical and preventive treatment organisations in Osh, Jalal-Abad and Chui oblasts and Bishkek city," the report said.
