Bishkek, Sept. 12, 2024. / Kabar/. Members of the Kyrgyz national team in Kyrgyz Alysh wrestling won 7 medals (3 gold, 1 silver, 3 bronze) at the 5th World Nomad Games in Astana city of Kazakhstan, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports under the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The winners of the 5th World Nomad Games among men were Bayaman Abidinov (60 kg) and Irlan Kazbek uulu (80 kg). The bronze medalists were Kalysbek Kayumov (70 kg) and Azizkhan Musabek uulu (90 kg).
Among women, Nagira Sarbasheva won the gold medal in the +75 kg weight category. Nurzat Baktyyar kyzy took 2nd place in the weight category up to 65 kg, Dinara Kamchybekova won a bronze medal in the weight category up to 70 kg.
