Working group formed to ensure implementation of Digital Kyrgyzstan 2019-2023 concept

Bishkek, Dec. 24, 2018. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov signed a decree according to which a working group was formed to ensure the implementation of the Digital Kyrgyzstan 2019-2023 concept.

The press service of the President’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that the decree of the President is as follows:

For the purposes of developing a draft Roadmap for the implementation of the Digital Kyrgyzstan 2019-2023 concept, as well as monitoring and evaluating the process of its implementation in accordance with paragraph 6 of the decision of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic on Measures for Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 14, 2018 №2:

A working group to ensure the implementation of the Digital Kyrgyzstan 2019-2023 concept (Working Group) shall be formed as follows:

- Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic, head of the working group Damir Sagynbayev;

- Advisor to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Deputy Head of the Working Group Dastan Dogoev;

members of the working group:

- Head of the Construction, Transport and Communications Department of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic Gulmira Abdraliyeva;

- Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Eduard Turdaliev;

- Director of the Center for Electronic Interaction state enterprise under the State Committee of Information Technologies and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic Nuriya Kutnaeva;

- Director of the Infocom state-owned enterprise under the State Registration Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic Talant Abdullayev;

- Head of the Research and Analytical Center of ICT and Information Security of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications under Razzakov State Technical University Bayish Nurmatov;

- Director of the High-Tech Park state institution under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic Altynbek Ismailov;

- Head of the Secretariat of the Open Government (OGP) international organization (as agreed) Imankadyr Rysaliyev;

- Member of the Judicial Reform Council under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (by agreement) Gulmira Mamatkerimova;

- Member of the Expert Council on Digital Transformation under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (as agreed) Kazybai Temir;

- Executive Director of the Association of Communication Operators of the Kyrgyz Republic (as agreed) Aibek Kurenkeyev;

- Deputy Director of the Civil Initiative on Internet Policy public foundation (as agreed) Irina Baykulova;

- Project Manager of the Digital CASA – Kyrgyz Republic (as agreed) Aida Sharsheyeva;

- Coordinator on Strategic Communications and Digital Leadership of the Digital CASA – Kyrgyz Republic project (as agreed) Tatiana Shahin;

- Inspector of the anti-corruption sector of the Secretariat of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic Turat Sagyndykov.
