Bishkek, Nov. 24, 2017. /Kabar/. An anniversary tournament on mixed combat sport «WEF 10: Wars of the Great Silk Road" was held in Bishkek the day before yesterday. The Kyrgyz athlete Aktilek Zhumabek uulu defended his title.
The Kyrgyz athlete (up to 77 kg) went to the octagon against the representative of Russia Magomayev Magomedrasul, and won in the first round with his technical knockout.
Aktilek Zhumabek uulu is the world champion by the WEF version. He is already defending his title for the second time. The Kyrgyz fighter won the championship on December 3, 2014.
WEF GLOBAL (World Ertaymash Federation) is a shortened international name for the World Federation of National Wrestling "Kulatuu Ertaimash MMA".The federation was founded in 2014 at the republican congress of the Kyrgyzstan Wrestling Federation "Kulatuu".
The purpose of the WEF GLOBAL organization is to hold tournaments on mixed combat sport in order to popularize Kulatuu as a sport worldwide and mainly in Central Asia.
