Bishkek, June 29 /Kabar/. The World Yoga Day will be celebrated in Bishkek on 1 July in Oak Park, the press service of the State Agency for Youth, Physical Education and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Musical performances will be performed for guests and participants at this event, Yoga brand Ambassador ranks will be conferred, yoga show with the participation of mass of people will take place.
The World Yoga Day is celebrated every year on 21 June. In December 2014, the UN adopted a Resolution on the annual celebration of the World Yoga Day on that day. 177 countries, including Kyrgyzstan joined the resolution.
Yoga is an ancient Indian tradition that harmonizes mind and body and provides for a comprehensive approach to health and well-being.
