Bishkek, Oct. 13, 2018. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstani Elmirbek Sadyrov won the silver medal at the Summer Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the official site wrote.
The wrestler competed in Greco-Roman wrestling in the weight category up to 60 kg.
In the first bout he beat an athlete from New Zealand, later he defeated the Mexican. In the fight for gold, he yielded the place to the representative of Georgia Giorgi Chkhikvadze.
Sadyrov is the captain of the Kyrgyz team at the Olympics.
