Young Kyrgyzstanis successfully competed at judo tournament in Kazakhstan

Bishkek, Mar. 6, 2019. /Kabar/. Young judoists from Kyrgyzstan won five medals at an international tournament in Kazakhstan, the Federation of the sport reported.

Competitions were held in the city of Almaty, where children born in 2004-2007 fought for the first place. Athletes from Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan became rivals of the Kyrgyz team.

Denis Tkachenko became the best in the weight category up to 46 kilograms, Almaz Shamurzaev – the champion in weight category up to 55 kilograms. Bronze medals for the country were won by Daniel Talantov (- 60 kg), Aziz Kasymov (+ 73 kg) and Omurbek Kojomberdiev (+ 60 kg).
