Youth organizations of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan sign memorandum of cooperation in Andijan

Tashkent, May 28, 2019 /Kabar/. The United Youth Organization of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Union of Youth of Uzbekistan signed a memorandum of cooperation at the youth centre in Andijan, UzA news agency reported.

Askar Shaykidinov, the President of the United Youth Organization of Kyrgyzstan believes that unification of the youth of Central Asian countries,which had a similar language and religion is of great mportance, especially in this era of globalization.

“Joint solution of common problems of the region, as well as cooperation in the field of culture, literature, art, education and sports, will certainly strengthen friendship between the youth of neighboring countries, will help to increase their activity and intellectual potential,” he said.

The meeting participants noted that agreement on strengthening good-neighbourly and partnership relations, exchange of experience between the youth of the two countries, joint implementation of a number of projects is equally beneficial for both sides.

Delegation of Kyrgyz youth visited Andijan State University and familiarized with its history, met with young people studying at the department of Kyrgyz philology and presented books of Kyrgyz writers and poets.

Also delegation of Kyrgyz youth went sightseeing a number of Andijan’s attraction.
