Bishkek, April 14 / Kabar /. Yuri Khachaturov has been appointed new Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, deputy general secretary - acting CSTO Secretary General Valery Semeryakov told journalists in Bishkek.
Such a decision was made during an informal meeting of heads of the CSTO member states, which was held today in Bishkek.
Ex-Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha has been awarded the Collective Security Council’s the 1st degree of Excellence.
