Zhaparov about how he intends to return migrants to their homeland

Bishkek, Jan. 28, 2021. /Kabar/. During his inauguration speech at the Philharmonic named after Satylganov in Bishkek, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov stated that his main responsibility will be return of migrant compatriots to their homeland.

"Providing Kyrgyz citizens with jobs, the return of thousands of migrant compatriots to their homeland will be one of the main responsibilities. For this purpose it is necessary to implement large projects of Kambar-Ata and Sary-Zhaz HPPs, Upper Naryn cascade as soon as possible," he said.

The inauguration ceremony of President-elect Sadyr Zhaparov has begun in Bishkek today.

More than a thousand people take part in the official ceremony. In particular, prominent figures of the country, deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, ex-presidents, ex-speakers of parliament, ex-prime ministers, heads of confessions of Kyrgyzstan, the diplomatic corps, representatives of international organizations, elder people and ordinary citizens have been invited. Also, Zhaparov's opponents at the last elections were invited to the ceremony.

Sadyr Zhaparov won the Jan. 10 early presidential elections with 79.2% of the votes.
