Appreciating the continued support of the Japanese side in the highest-priority areas of activity aimed at continuing social and economic reforms, I would like to express special gratitude for Japan's timely assistance in combating the pandemic.
I am confident that the traditional relations of friendship and partnership between the two countries will continue to develop successfully with your personal support," the congratulatory message of the Kyrgyz leader says.
Sadyr Zhaparov wished Fumio Kishida good health, great success in his responsible state activities and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Japan.
