Bishkek, Sept. 20, 2021 /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov expressed condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin in connection with victims as a result of the shooting at the University of Perm.
“I am deeply saddened by the sad news of human casualties as a result of the armed attack in Perm State National Research University.
On behalf of the Kyrgyz Republic and on my own behalf, I express my sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to all victims of this tragedy,” the telegram says.
