Bishkek, July 20, 2022. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov signed decrees on the admission and renunciation of citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic, his press service reported Wednesday.
Of these, three decrees on accepting the citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic are for 1,270 people (of which 1,032 are adults and 238 are children), most of whom are ethnic Kyrgyz who have returned to their historic homeland.
In addition, one decree on renunciation of citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic for 57 people (of which 55 are adults and 2 are children) was signed.
A total of 1,327 people applied. (1,087 adults and 240 children).
