Bishkek, Aug. 4, 2021. / Kabar / . President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov will participate in a Consultative Meeting of heads of state of Central Asia to be held in Turkmenistan, his press service said Wednesday.
During the meeting, Central Asian leaders will discuss issues of regional cooperation in trade and economic, energy, transport and communication spheres, as well as joint measures to combat the pandemic coronavirus infection.
The meeting will result in the adoption of a Joint Statement of the Heads of State of Central Asia.
President Sadyr Zhaparov will also hold a number of bilateral meetings.
As part of the Consultative Meeting of heads of states of Central Asia, the Kyrgyz delegation will take part in an economic forum of the participating states, the forum of women leaders of the region, as well as in the exhibitions of national products and national dishes of Central Asia.
