BISHKEK, Aug.15, 2017 /Kabar/. Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Zheenbekov met with President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, as part of his working trip to Kazakhstan. The meeting was held at the end of the regular meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council of the Eurasian Economic Union with the participation of heads of governments of EEU countries.
The sides exchanged views on the issues of bilateral cooperation and the results of the meeting of the EEU Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.
"There is a common historical proximity and trust between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan will always be together with Kyrgyzstan and the Kyrgyz people," President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
"The successes of the fraternal Kazakh people are always encouraging. We are working closely with the Government of Kazakhstan, many tasks are being accomplished, the meetings within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Council meeting were successful," Prime Minister Zheenbekov said. The sides exchanged views on the issues of bilateral cooperation and subsequent meetings of the Eurasian Interstate Council of the Eurasian Economic Union.
