Bishkek, Feb.7, 2020. /Kabar/. President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov familiarized himself with the implementation of digitalization in the activities of local governments - on the example of the exemplary Lebedinov aiyl okmotu (local government) of Alamudun region.

The visit took place on Thursday as part of the President’s working trip to Chui Oblast of the country, his press service said.

According to Chairman of the State Registration Service Almaz Mambetov, the main feature of the new building of Lebedinov aiyl okmotu is the presence of a Single Window system, which provides public services to the population for the issuance of passports, birth and marriage certificates, childbirth benefits, registration of citizens, tax collection, etc.

This greatly simplifies the process of obtaining various certificates and permits, reducing their time and financial costs.

President Jeenbekov stressed the automation of local authorities' activity is a priority of public policy. He reiterated that the main task of the country's digitalization is to improve the social and economic situation of citizens, to make it more convenient for the population to interact with public authorities.

The Kyrgyz leader noted with satisfaction the efforts of local authorities, noting the importance of disseminating this experience throughout the country within the Sanarip Kyrgyzstan (Digital Kyrgyzstan) platform.
