Tashkent, June 15, 2020. /Kabar/. In accordance with the decision of the Republican Special Commission, quarantine levels of regions (red, yellow and green) will remain in Uzbekistan until Aug. 1 this year, the Health Ministry's press service said.
Control over strict observance of sanitary requirements when removing in public places using medical masks and antiseptics, including keeping a social distance is being tightened.
State pre-school educational institutions will be allowed to operate from Aug. 1 this year.
Trains between the regions of "yellow" and "green" category, as well as Afrosiyob trains on the Tashkent-Samarkand-Tashkent route with strict observance of sanitary and epidemiological requirements will be restored.
As previously reported, from June 15, 2020, activities of clothing markets, cafes and restaurants, as well as private pre-school institutions in "green" and "yellow" areas are allowed.
The first case of COVID-19 was identified in the country on March 15, while from Apr. 1 a regime of self-isolation was introduced and quarantine measures strengthened throughout the country.
