55 out of 901 Kyrgyzstanis voted in presidential elections and referendum in U.S.

Bishkek, Jan. 11, 2021 /Kabar/. A polling station No. 9034 at the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in the U.S. and Canada completed the voting process in the early presidential elections of Kyrgyzstan and the referendum to determine the form of government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry, the voting has been carried out in a calm atmosphere, in accordance with the established procedure and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as with observation of the necessary sanitary and epidemiological standards in order to avoid mass contamination of COVID-19.

The voter turnout made 55 Kyrgyz citizens out of 901 included in the voter list of this consular district.

Kyrgyzstan held on Sunday the early presidential elections and the referendum on the form of government.
