Kyrgyzstan, China sign more than 40 bilateral documents worth $1.5 bln

Bishkek, June 27, 2024. /Kabar/. More than 40 documents were signed between government agencies of Kyrgyzstan and China, as well as the business community as part of the international exhibition “China - Eurasia EXPO” held in Urumqi (Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China).

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic Bakyt Torobaev noted that Kyrgyzstan will continue to work to create favorable conditions for entrepreneurs contributing to the economies of the two countries.

The signing ceremony was attended by entrepreneurs interested in implementing joint projects between Kyrgyzstan and China.

They held B2B meetings in their industries, and also reviewed proposals and investment projects.

As a result of the China-Eurasia EXPO, more than 40 bilateral documents were signed between Kyrgyzstan and China in such areas as energy, mechanical engineering, logistics, trade, mining, cooperation in the amount of 1 billion 500 million US dollars.
