Bishkek, Nov. 22, 2018. /Kabar/. The Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (RKDF) approved a corporate loan for Bishkekteploset OJSC in the amount of $ 5.6 million, without a sovereign guarantee of the Kyrgyz Government.
The loan funds will be directed to the construction of the “II start-up complex”, as part of the reconstruction of the Vostok heating network along Tolstoy Str. between 7 April Str. (former Alma-Atinskaya Str.) and Dostoevsky Str..
The project involves laying of 3 pipes with a diameter of Ø900 mm.
The construction of the “II start-up complex”, the Vostok heat network will allow:
- to increase the capacity of the pipelines, with the possibility of increasing the heat supply for residents of the southern microdistricts;
- to increase the reliability and quality of heat supply in the southern microdistricts;
- to ensure the reduction of heat loss given the use of modern pre-insulated pipelines.
TUV SUD will act as the project consultant. The tasks of the consultant will include examination of the estimated cost of the project, holding a tender for the selection of a contractor, monitoring over the construction.
As of November 1, 2018, the RKDF had approved 1611 projects for a total of $ 287.2 million.
